Update on Coronavirus (COVID-19) (SARS-CoV-2)
Dear Community Presbyterian Church Family,
As we continue to adjust to the changing circumstances we want to keep you informed about what's going on here at CPC.
With the country beginning to take steps to re-open, the question is being raised by many regarding when our church will open. The exact date and procedure for opening has not yet been determined. Our Session has been meeting via zoom every two weeks for the purpose of staying connected to the needs of this congregation, particularly around the impact of this virus. We are monitoring the situation regularly. As the guidelines, executive orders, and mandates begin to change we will discern how this impacts the church and our gatherings. We are using the recommendations of the CDC along with any mandates from the State or local public health authorities as our guide.
Your safety and well-being will continue to be our top priority. We will keep you updated as to when and how we may be open.
In the meantime, if you are aware of any needs of our congregation, or have any concerns that we, as a church, can address please let me know.
