  • It is our mission to help CPC become a more understanding, welcoming place that offers resources and support to those with dementia and their families.   

  • Please Note:  the church library has a special section dedicated to dementia, along with purple folders containing an array of information.  Videos and articles (with links to prior viewings) will also be on the web site.

The Dementia Care Team would like to share this video about the spiritual care of those living with dementia. It is presented by Rev. Colette Bachand, who is the author of the book, "Do This, Remembering Me," which is available in our church library for check-out, along with many other books and literature on dementia support.
